Tindlemanor is a six storey building for women’s organisations centrally located near Old Street London at 52-54 Featherstone Street. Tindlemanor’s mission is to provide accessible, safe, secure and sustainable space for women. The company has charitable aims and is non-profit making and our income is used to maintain the building. Our objects are to provide a women’s centre supporting and promoting activities that further the education, relief from poverty and the provision of services of benefit to women and use all income for those purposes.

Tindlemanor fosters the interests of the women’s charitable organisations leasing office space within the building. This includes areas such as women’s issues within regeneration and the urban environment; promoting women within the construction industry; empowering women through education and information on their legal rights and advising on issues such as domestic and sexual violence and other forms of discrimination; servicing the needs of Latin American women by providing advice and information on housing, welfare benefits, money and debts and ESOL courses, among other activities.

There are four shareholder organisations housed in the building:

	Latin American Women’s Rights Services (LAWRS)
	Rights of Women
	Women’s Design Service (WDS)
	Women and Manual Trades (WAMT)

There are also three organisations that are licence holders:

	Angel International
	Imkaan
	Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF)

Tindlemanor is a central London serviced women’s building providing affordable, safe, secure and sustainable office space for women’s groups. We currently accommodate eight women's charities and have further office space available to let. 

We are located within a two-minute walk of Old Street Over/ Underground stations, providing an excellent location to connect to services in the City of London and the West End.  Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Barbican stations are all within walking distance.

The light and airy accommodation offers 60.8m2 (655ft2) of net office space available under a short lease from 12 months to three years.

The space comprises one large open plan office with one separate 'manager's' office.

Amenities include: passenger lift, same floor kitchenette and toilet facilities, access to in-house hireable meeting/training rooms at preferential rates, a cycle shelter, and off-street parking currently on first come/first served or letting basis.

Charge: in the region of £16,100 pa (inc of all utilities, communal area cleaning, office recycling and building management).
